This screen allows a member of the public to register to use the SPEAR system in order to object to a planning permit application.
Note that you may only lodge one objection per application. As an objector you may object to more than one application with the same login details but you can only object once per application (i.e. you can lodge an objection for application 'A' and application 'B' but you will be unable to object to these applications again without withdrawing your original objection).
